Do you know that I can sit right in front of a particular restaurant watching the rotisserie at work for hours? Just the sight of chicken being rotated and cooked at the same time makes me salivate. If there’s one thing that will attract patrons to the restaurant, installing upscale rotisseries would definitely do the trick. What could be more enticing than watching raw meat being browned and roasted slowly but surely with this traditional style of French cooking? If I had the means to open a restaurant business, one of the first items I would consider getting would be a rotisserie. For lazy people like me, there is even rotisseries that are self-cleaning!

The Giddy Tiger says: Yeah, was it THAT obvious? 😛
Hahaha at Rinnah!!!
I get mesmerized by the Kebab stalls instead.. especially the ones in London.
The Giddy Tiger says: Oh yeah, kebabs get me too! Are they better in London though?
I could stare at a bread shop for hours and watch them bake. ok, maybe just 1 hour, and hopefully I’d get the first freshly baked roll from the tray!
