If diamonds are a girl’s best friend, then a diamond ring is a girl’s best friend forever. I know we girls can never get enough of jewelery, diamond ones to be exact. A friend of mine once told me that her mother-in-law gave her all sorts of pendants and rings; rubies, sapphires, emeralds. They were all colorful, yes..but she was still missing that elusive diamond. So yes, a diamond certainly completes a girl’s wardrobe.
While watching the telly some time back, I learnt that while a diamond engagement ring and a wedding band is worn on the left hand signifying true love, wearing something known as a right-hand ring symbolizes the personality of the wearer. Of course, it is also a beautiful adornment on the right hand because that is often left without accessories.
I for one, would love to have one of these antique diamond rings on my right hand. They are beautiful, vintage and antique, and they never go out of style! These rings would go SO well with my new dress… and oh, by the way, yes I am planning what to wear for the wedding dinner I am going to attend next week.
I’m still waiting for my first diamond ring… should I get a Tiffany Women of the World right hand band while waiting for the left hand band?
LOL! Were you planning what you were going to wear since you got the wedding invitation? *grin*
The Giddy Tiger says: Oh you know…I was even planning what to wear BEFORE I got the invite, because I was kinda “virtually” invited…you know, by email? *grins wider* and I still haven’t decided what to wear yet!
antique or not, I just want a diamond ring… LOL!
The Giddy Tiger says: One is never enough! Hehehe..
