After so many moons of procrastination, I am finally proud to unveil our First Aid Kit! I know I know…we should have gotten it the moment we moved into our home, but we endured the *hardship* of stashed plasters in the cupboard and bottles of antiseptic lotion lying around the cabinet for so long…. so anyway, at last we bought a proper kit at Watson’s last weekend but I only found time to open it last night. It consisted of all the basic amenities a First Aid Kit oughta have, including paracetamol tablets and Minyak Cap Kapak! I still want to get a tube of Antiseptic Cream though, because it is a useful item to have. The cool thing about this new kit is that it also comes with a instruction booklet. Now, at least I feel *safer* in the house…

Very safe! Yes, and well equipped too. Come to think of it, my house doesn’t have a proper First Aid kit, just a drawer where all the medicines and bandages are stashed!
The Giddy Tiger says: Yup, it was high time too!
I had put together a first aid kit a few years ago and took along to camping trips with me. very handy keeping those cuts clean. which reminds me, I should have one here too, hor… all I have are band aids and panadol for now. right, a visit to the pharmacy tomorrow!
The Giddy Tiger says: And don’t forget the antiseptic cream! 😀
hey, still awake? care to chat? me at chinneeq@hotmail.com
talking bout first aid kit, i dont even have this…hehe….so horrible mommy here…
The Giddy Tiger says: Ooops, I didn’t see this comment when I was online Friday night. But I’ll add you into my MSN, ok?
Oops, I don’t have much of a first aid kit box either… and I don’t even know where that bottle of tiger balm rolled to! Or the bottle of foong yau.. Hmm… Ok, another To Do for September..
The Giddy Tiger says: I never used Tiger Balm before, although I call myself a giddy tiger…maybe that’s why I never use it! kekeke
pass me the lau sai yuok please!
The Giddy Tiger says: Why? You lau sai ah? Unfortunately my First Aid Kit does not have that la.
Very nice set. I’ve been meaning to go grab a set from the pharmacy too. Well, let’s just say things got in the way and someone promptly forgotten about it. Now all we have is random items like plasters and antiseptic cream lying around. Haha.
The Giddy Tiger says: As long as you know where things are..but having a kit really makes one feel more organized.
i should arrange all my first aids kits in a proper place.
they are everywhere… 😀
The Giddy Tiger says: You mean you have MANY first aid kits? Oh of course la…doctor woh…
I got mine kit free from Guardian. One time, they were giving it out free when I purchase above RM50.
The Giddy Tiger says: That’s a good deal! Good for ya.
I have my medication in 2 drawers and I can’t remember which 2! :O lol I’ve been meaning to get a kit for my office. Last week one of us cut our finger on a staple (nasty things those!) and we coudln’t find any plaster!
The Giddy Tiger says: My first aid kit in the office is to run really fast to the company clinic.. hehehe.
With a kid in the house, it is better to have a first-aid kit. More organised and very handy. I have one in the house always. 🙂
The Giddy Tiger says: Well done, ECL. You certainly have all bases covered.
