I’m seriously thinking of starting to exercise regularly again. My muscle mass has decreased tremendously and I definitely do not feel as fit as I did about two years ago. My stamina could do with some improvement too. I am contemplating checking out the gym at my workplace to see if they have improved it somewhat. The last time I was there, the equipment was all not properly maintained and I don’t know about you, but I find it icky to work out when there is someone else’s sweat all over the equipment!
Perhaps I could consider starting a simple exercise routine using a Swiss Ball. I remember using it for strengthening the abs and yes, I do have one at home too! It was a Christmas present that I received two years ago. And the good news is that I also have an exercise mat at my disposal. 🙂 In addition, I have the panel of experts at PhysioRoom to help with all my injury-related questions too.
So what’s stopping me?
Er, you are stopping yourself? *grin* Motivation, babeh! I need to get moving and get fit too. *pinches roll of baby blubber*
The Giddy Tiger says: Yeah, I am afraid you are right. SIGH.
Don’t stop! Just do it. 🙂
I like that they have cleaning materials that I can use at my gym to wipe off sweat.
The Giddy Tiger says: Every gym should have that at every gym station. That’s a total necessity.
I’m slacking in gym too. signed up with a fitness centre but all I’ve done are yoga classes, which doesn’t do much for my flab! *sigh*
The Giddy Tiger says: But you look good what…and you feel good, so that’s what really counts!
