My daughter recently made granola bites in her cooking class in school. They tasted so delicious, I wanted to make them at home too. She only brought four granola bites home then, and frankly they weren’t enough for me. Yeah, I’m greedy like that. 😛
I looked up some recipes and turns out they are really quite easy to make! I chose one with chocolate chips in it, because that’s what my kids love, and it took me about 20 minutes to prepare it for baking. My daughter helped me mix the mixture too!
We tried these granola bites when they had cooled down and it was a massive hit with the kids! Even my son, the pickiest eater ever, gave them his thumbs up and downed about five or six at one go! Yeah, they are THAT good.
For a mixture of crunchy and chewy goodness in a perfect balance, I’d say everybody’s gotta try making these someday.
